Today a group of caring students from Interact Club of Yu Yuan Secondary School carried out voluntary works at our shelter thanks to the School Principal and Vice Principal of Yu Yuan who organised this voluntary event.
The students helped shower the dogs and clean up the shelter and its surroundings. We trust that these students found this a fulfilling and meaningful deed done, there is no better way to educate ourselves and our children the importance of showing kindness towards all living creatures, nurturing empathy and not taking things for granted.
