Our ongoing effort to have Sandakan Municipal Council (MPS or Majlis Perbandaran Sandakan) recognise and approve our Treat, Neuter TNR Program finally paid off.
TNR Program has been carried out in Sandakan for years but was not well understood by MPS, and hence we are glad we managed to arrange for a talk early this year presented by Dr Rosli Bin Abbas @ Roslee, Vice President of SPCA Kota Kinabalu to our esteemed Sandakan Municipal Council members chaired by Madam Lily Aw Lai Kheng.
The talk was very successful and our TNR Program is finally recognized and approved by MPS or Sandakan Municipal Council.
